Introduction/Aims - Option 14 (Regional Magazine):

Introduction: I've decided that the 'Regional Magazine' option (for coursework) is a secure choice, for me to work on this year. I think that this option offers a workload which is evidently tractable for any student. I am still uncertain about my target audience, though I would be able to build a character profile for my audience soon after my research and planning stage has finished. The ideas I have at these early stages - on how to approach this task, are still yet unsettled, because I am still unsure on what the conventions of a ‘regional magazine’ should be. However in the broader sense (without too much emphasis on conventions and codes) I wish to create a regional magazine which features high quality photographs, a well designed front cover, contents page, and main article, etc.
